This website is operated by Amandeep Sarahiya. By using it you agree to these terms. When we work together, the specific scope, fees and timeline are set out in a written proposal or agreement; if that document and these terms differ, the proposal or agreement takes priority.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information about digital marketing. It is provided in good faith, but it is not advice tailored to your situation and should not be relied on as legal, financial or regulatory advice.
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Services, fees and advertising spend
- Scope. Each engagement covers the work described in its proposal. Requests beyond that scope are quoted separately.
- Fees. Fees are stated in the proposal and invoiced in the agreed currency. See how quotes work.
- Advertising spend. Budgets for Google, Meta, YouTube and other platforms are paid by you directly to those platforms and are not part of my fee.
- Refunds and cancellation. These are covered by the refund policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access needed to do the work, in good time.
- Review and approve content, ads and changes promptly.
- Make sure you have the rights to any music, footage, images and text you supply.
- Make sure your products, services and advertising claims comply with the laws of the countries you advertise in.
Accounts and ownership
Advertising accounts, analytics properties, websites and the data inside them are created in your name and remain yours. Deliverables created for you become yours once the related fees are paid in full. I keep the right to use my general methods, templates and know-how.
The design, text and code of this website belong to me and may not be reproduced without permission.
No guarantee of results
Rankings, AI citations, views, leads and sales depend on factors outside my control, including search engines, AI platforms, advertising auctions, competitors and your own offer. I commit to careful, professional work and honest reporting. I do not guarantee a specific result. See the ads disclaimer.
Third-party platforms
Much of the work takes place on platforms owned by others, such as Google, YouTube and Meta. Those platforms set their own policies and can change them, reject ads or restrict accounts. I follow their rules and will help resolve issues, but I am not responsible for their decisions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of this website or the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
