Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Amandeep Sarahiya, a digital marketing consultant working remotely with clients worldwide. For any question about this privacy policy or your personal data, write to hello@amandeepsarahiya.com.
What is collected
I collect only what is needed to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the service.
- Contact form: your name, email address, country, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe. It is used only to send you the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any issue or emailing me.
- WhatsApp and email: your phone number or email address, your name as shown in the app, and the content of your messages.
- Client work: information you share so the work can be done, such as access to advertising accounts, analytics and website platforms.
- Technical logs: the hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
I do not ask for sensitive personal data and you should not send any through the form.
Cookies and tracking
Without your agreement this website sets no cookies at all. Fonts and the site’s own scripts are served from this domain rather than from third-party networks, so simply visiting a page does not send your details to font or advertising providers. There are no advertising cookies.
Analytics, only with consent. If you press “Accept” on the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 is loaded so I can see which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies (such as “_ga”) and sends information about your visit — the pages viewed, your approximate location, your device and browser — to Google. If you press “Decline”, Google Analytics is never loaded.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
How your data is used
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an audit or proposal you have asked for.
- To deliver, invoice and report on services you have engaged.
- To keep records required for tax and legal purposes.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who processes it on my behalf
A small number of service providers handle data so the site and my business can function:
- Website hosting — stores the website and its server logs.
- Form delivery — contact form submissions and newsletter sign-ups are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, or by the website’s own mail function.
- Email and messaging — my email provider, and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you choose to message me there.
- Google Analytics (Google) — website statistics, loaded only if you accept the cookie notice.
- Credly — the certification badge on the About page is an image loaded from Credly’s image server. If you click it, you leave this site for Credly’s, where their own privacy policy applies.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, I rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax and legal rules require, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar legislation in Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE and India give you rights over your personal data. These typically include the right to:
- ask what data is held about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to or restrict certain uses;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
This website and my services are intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
