For 12+ years I’ve worked on the same problem from different angles: how does the right person find a business at the moment they need it, and what makes them choose it? The channels keep changing. The question does not.
Today that work covers search engine optimization,answer engine optimization andgenerative engine optimization — being found in results, quoted in answers and recommended by AI assistants. It covers paid media onMeta and Google,social media, andYouTube video promotion for creators, musicians and brands. And it covers the things all of that depends on: a fast, well-builtwebsite or app.
Most businesses buy these as separate services from separate people. The results are separate too. I work as one strategist across every channel, so the keyword research informs the ad copy, the ad data informs the content, and the website is built to convert the traffic all of it sends.
