Social Media Marketing

Social Media Marketing That Builds an Audience Worth Having

A clear strategy, content people actually stop for, and a community that grows on purpose — across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Not posting for the sake of posting.

Quick answer

What is social media marketing and how does it help my business?

Social media marketing is the planned use of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X to reach, engage and convert an audience. It combines strategy, content creation, community management and analytics. For a business it builds recognition and trust, brings visitors to your website and gives you a direct line to customers that you do not have to rent through ads.

Who it’s for

For brands and creators whose feeds are not pulling their weight.

Social media marketing only works with a plan behind it. These are the situations I am asked to fix most often.

  • Posting regularly, growing slowly

The calendar is full and the numbers are flat. Effort is going into volume instead of the formats and topics your audience responds to.

  • Followers who never become customers

Likes look healthy but nobody clicks, enquires or buys, because nothing in the content leads there.

  • A personal brand that needs reach

Models, artists, founders and experts who need a bigger, more engaged audience before brands and clients take notice.

  • No time, no system

Social is the first thing dropped in a busy week. You need a system that runs without you writing captions at midnight.

What’s included

What social media marketing includes.

Everything needed to plan, publish and improve — with you approving the direction, not chasing the details.

  • Platform and audience strategy

Which platforms deserve your effort, who you are speaking to on each, and the three or four content themes that will carry the brand.

  • Profile optimization

Bios, highlights, links, pinned posts and visual consistency, so a new visitor understands what you offer within seconds.

  • Content calendar

A monthly plan of posts, Reels, Stories and carousels mapped to launches, seasons and goals — agreed before anything is produced.

  • Content creation

Captions, design direction, short-form video concepts and hashtag research, written in your brand’s voice.

  • Community management

Guidelines and support for replying to comments and messages, so engagement turns into relationships and leads.

  • Analytics and monthly review

Reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks and what each format earned — and how next month changes because of it.

Process

How we build your presence.

A simple monthly rhythm that keeps quality high and surprises low.

  1. 01

    Audit

A review of your profiles, past content, competitors and audience to find what already works.

  2. 02

    Strategy

Goals, platforms, content themes, tone of voice and posting rhythm, written down in one short document.

  3. 03

    Plan and produce

The month’s calendar is drafted and shared for approval, then content is created and scheduled.

  4. 04

    Publish and engage

Content goes live at the right times and conversations are followed up while they are warm.

  5. 05

    Review and refine

Results are reviewed against the goals and the next calendar is adjusted to do more of what worked.

Why work with me

Strategy first, then content.

Platforms change their formats constantly, but what they reward stays stable: content people watch, save, share and reply to. My social media marketing starts from your audience and your offer, then chooses formats — not the other way round. I also keep the work inside each platform’s rules; no bought followers, no engagement pods, no automation that risks the account. Meta’s own Business Help Center is the reference point for what is allowed.

Social rarely works alone. Because I also run Meta ads, SEO and YouTube promotion, your organic content, paid campaigns and website are planned to support each other — the best-performing posts become ads, and the ad data tells us what to post next.

What success looks like.

Follower count is the least useful number on the page. Reports focus on reach among the right audience, engagement rate, saves and shares, profile visits and link clicks, and enquiries or sales that started on social. Each month ends with a short note on what to repeat, what to drop and what to test.

Much of my social media work is for influencers, models, public figures and brands on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook who prefer not to be named. Your account stays confidential in the same way.

Social Media: your questions answered.

What do social media marketing services include?

Strategy, profile optimization, a monthly content calendar, content creation, community management guidance and analytics. Paid advertising is a separate service — see Meta ads management — though the two are usually planned together.

How much does social media marketing cost?

It depends on how many platforms you are active on, how much content is produced each month and whether I manage comments and messages. You will get a fixed monthly figure for an agreed scope. See how quotes work.

Which platform is best for my business?

The one where your buyers already spend time. Visual consumer brands and creators usually lead with Instagram, B2B services with LinkedIn, and local or community businesses often still do well on Facebook. It is better to be strong on one or two platforms than thin across five.

How often should I post?

Consistency matters more than volume. A sustainable rhythm of well-made posts each week, kept up for months, beats a burst of daily posting that stops. The right number is set by what you can maintain at quality.

Can you guarantee follower growth?

No. Growth depends on the content, the niche and the platform’s algorithm, and anyone guaranteeing a number is usually buying followers. I commit to a clear strategy, consistent execution and honest reporting on what is and is not working.

Do you create the content or do I?

Both models work. I can handle captions, concepts and design direction while you supply photos and video, or guide your in-house team with a calendar and briefs. Content that features real people from the business consistently performs best.

Do you work with influencers and personal brands?

Yes. Models, artists, creators and founders are a regular part of my work — building an audience and engagement that brands and clients notice.
